Well folks, here is the 9th Weekly wrap-up! With the 4th of July come and gone and the chaotic churn of many birthdays in my family among many travel plans and trips to the mountains, work, writing etc I have had my work cut out for me. I have several projects in line for this month, and believe me, I did not forget nor abandon them. My dilemma is not having enough hours in a day to get to everything. I think some of us can relate. So as for this instalment of “The Weekly Wrap-Up” I am reporting on some of the items that Crystal Dynamics has officially announced. Let’s get started:

Drawing on 20 years of Tomb Raider games, each of these artists put in their time and talents to create these pieces that showcased a quintessential part of Tomb Raider lore. A 2018 release date for Tomb Raider film!
As if there was not enough to celebrate within the Tomb Raider universe, along come this fantastic news! It has been announced that the forthcoming Tomb Raider movie will star Oscar-winning actress Alicia Vikander and the release date for this film shall be March 16, 2018! I am very pleased with the choice of actress and cannot wait to see it!. It should be wonderful.

- As stated previously, Rise of the Tomb Raider’s PlayStation 4 release is set for Holiday 2016.
