Welcome to the Lara Croft Tomb Raider fitness page. I am no stranger to hard work being in the mountains and mountaineering carrying packs up to over 35+ lbs etc. So when I saw the trainer videos of how they trained Alicia for the role of Lara Croft I was very happy.
