25 Years of Tomb Raiding!

It has been 25 years that Lara Croft graced our screens in her first adventure. Since then we have seen her save the world trek the jungles of Mexico and Peru for starters. She has braved the blistering sands of Egypt and the frigid depths of the Arctic sea. Lara Croft has fought a demigod and many other walking abominations that live in our nightmares.

We have watched her change in character, biographical background, appearance and attitude. Since the beginning of the Tomb Raider franchise in its debut back in October 1996, there have been 12 incarnations of our beloved Lara Croft and her Tomb Raider adventures.

For her next adventure, we shall get another more cohesive Lara a unified Lara Croft. This embodiment will bring the aesthetic of the classic Lara Croft together with the most recent trilogy known as the reboot series. Tomb Raider 2013, Rise of the Tomb Raider, and Shadow of the Tomb Raider. The world eagerly awaits the next Lara.
